Terms & Conditions

1. Reservations are only secured once a 50% deposit has been made. Failure to do so can not guarantee the reservation.
2. Payment can be made in cash on arrival or payment in full by electronic/ internet transfer prior to arrival. Fax proof of payment to 041-360 0743.
3. One night's rate is payable should cancellation occur within 7 days prior to arrival.
4. Positive identification is required for all guests on checking in either by valid Passport or South African ID.
5. Reservations are only confirmed once confirmation of deposit and signed booking confirmation has been received by Kragga Kamma Bed & Breakfast and Conference Venue.
6. All Guests are required to sign Check in Confirmation.
7. Check in time from 15:00 on day of arrival.
8. Check out time by 9:00 on the day of departure.
9. Late arrival (after 19:00) is to be specified upon reservation.
10. Late arrival fee of R20.00 will be added to the account.
11. Any special breakfast preferences / requirements are to be specified on check-in.
12. Kragga Kamma Bed and Breakfast and Conference Venue, the Proprietor, its agent/s and/or its employees (the Proprietor) shall not be liable for, and the guest/s hereby waive/s and abandon/s any claims of whatever nature including but not limited to that for theft, injury, loss or damage of whatever nature, against the Proprietor, whether arising from the Proprietors default, negligence or otherwise.
13. The guest/s, in addition to the aforesaid, hereby indemnify the Proprietor against any claims which may arise from whatever nature, whether arising from the Proprietors default, negligence or otherwise.
14. Kragga Kamma Bed & Breakfast and Conference Venue may change the room rate at any time and without notice. Room rate per night will not change once the signed booking confirmation has been received from the booking agent or directly from the guest.
15. Guests and/or their employers will personably be held liable for replacement costs of lost or stolen keys and any damage to rooms or loss/damage to the contents of the room in which guests are accommodated.
16. Guests are not permitted to use house towels for the purpose of colouring hair. Guests will personally be held liable for all costs in respect of laundering or replacing linen and / or towels damaged in any permanent way.
17. Kragga Kamma Bed & Breakfast and Conference Venue is a non-smoking establishment.
18. No guests will receive visitors in the rooms at any time. Visitors may only be received in the dining room.
19. Guests may use the family swimming pool on the premises at their own risk.
20. Right of Admission reserved.
21. Terms and Conditions are accepted and binding once the Check in Confirmation is signed.
